International
Orders
All International orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal
Service and will be shipped at a rate* of $20 plus the applicable charge from the standard rate table above. Taxes
and applicable duty charges will need to be paid by the recipient. In
addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery
within that country. If you have any further questions regarding international
orders, please contact us via e-mail or call us at (815) 858-2422.
*Please Note:
Additional shipping charges may apply on orders over $100 and International orders. If required, shipping will be calculated by weight and emailed to you before charging your account. With your email approval we will process and ship your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 3 working days unless we contact
you.

Due to constant changes of products on our site, we do not offer printed
catalogs. If you are reluctant to order online, just give us a call at

Cherry Creek Cottage Policy Regarding Out of Stock Items
Should an item you order be out of stock, we would contact you by phone
or e-mail. If the item is still available from our supplier, we will
be happy to order that item and let you know approximately how long it
will take for us to process your order. Your account will not be charged
until the item is shipped to you from Cherry Creek Cottage.
Return Policy
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items. We will notify you
via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Please
note that we cannot refund shipping costs.
